Once we receive your request, we will check if your accommodation dates are available. If not, we will help you select other available dates. When we approve your reservation, you will be notified that you must submit your deposit. Once received, we will send you your confirmation.

Please note that we cannot reserve dates without a deposit. Our reservation process is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
